All building permit applications, plans, and support documents may be electronically submitted to email@example.com in PDF format . We no longer accept paper plan submittals.

Payment of Fees
Building Permits can be paid on the following ways:
- Via Mail or Payment Drop (Checks or Money Orders Only): Made payable to City of Grover Beach either mailed to City of Grover Beach, Community development Department, 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, or placed in the "Utility Payment Drop Box" at 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433
- In Person with Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card at City Hall, 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm

Building inspections may be requested by calling (805) 473-4527. Please leave a message. Inspections must be called in prior to 5pm the day prior to your inspection request. Please provide an address, building permit number, and contact information.
Copies of Plans & Permits
To request copies of building permits and plans , please submit your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for documents will be handled as Public Records Act Requests. Please be as specific as possible when describing what you seek. For more information, please view our public records request page.
